I recently bought a Skoda Superb L&K. The online booking was simple, and the car arrived in about 5 weeks, which was a bit longer than I hoped but acceptable given current delays. The car itself is excellent, very comfortable and powerful. I had a query about the infotainment system setup, and customer support was responsive but took a couple of calls to fully resolve it. Not bad, but not super quick either. Delivery tracking could be more detailed, too.
